We agree to provide you with two precision Tune–Ups, Professional Cleanings and Safety Inspections per year as described below to help provide a comfortable, energy efficient and safe indoor environment

Procedures Include:
COOLING CALL
Clean or replace standard air filtersInspect inside cooling coil. (Clean air discounted service rate if necessary)Inspect primary and secondary drainsClean and test condensate drainInspect blower components – clean and/or adjust as necessaryInspect condenser coil – clean as necessaryLubricate all moving parts (where applicable)Inspect % tighten all loose electrical connectionsMonitor air conditioner operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge. Add up to two pounds of "Freon" each year(per system) if needed

Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motorsMonitor air conditioner and heating cyclesInspect heat exchanger and burners – vacuum and/or adjust as necessaryAdjust gas pressure as necessaryInspect pilot operation – adjust as necessaryMonitor flue draft for safe operationInspect and test safety controlsAdjust air flow for proper temperature riseInspect heat anticipator settingsInspect thermostat operationsInspect for cracked heat exchanger
